Abstract Submission

Abstracts can only be submitted online, starting from 01 October 2025.

Deadline for abstract submission EXTENDED: 30 November 2025

Authors can select their preference of presentation mode: oral presenation or poster presentation. Oral presentations

There will be 72 slots for oral presentations. The time limit for oral contributions will be exactly 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussion.

Posters

Posters will be presented during special sessions on one specific day. The panels for the poster presentations have the following size: height 120 cm, width 90 cm (DinA0 portrait). The posters must not exceed this size. We suggest to print the posters on paper with a weigh of about 125 to 170 g/m², so that they can be fixed easily without plunge to the ground because it is to heavy or made of (woven) fabric.
